I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had a beautiful view of South Manhattan. The service was exceptional, with quick accommodation of my early check-in request. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and close to some great food spots. The dining experience was a delight with included Korean food. However, there were a few minor inconveniences that affected the overall experience.
The hotel offers average variety of goods on the higher floors with beautiful views of South Manhattan. The service at the reception desk was lovely and quickly accommodated our request for early check-in at noon. The location is superb, close to all the attractions and on East River pier. The dining experience includes Angus beef. Overall, a nice place with great hospitality and customer service.
The hotel offers a mix of positives such as comfortable rooms with king-size beds and laminate floors, great customer service that accommodated our early check-in request seamlessly at the reception desk, and a convenient location near the NYC ferry terminal and World Trade Center area. On the downside, the hotel is situated in an overpriced store, and the dining options were limited to Italian pasta dishes.
The hotel offers rooms on the higher floors with an average variety of goods but with another not-so-great view and laminate floors. The service is top-notch with great hospitality at the reception desk and quick accommodation for early check-in requests. The location is superb, situated right next to the river, close to multiple subway lines, and near the seaport. Dining is included, and the facilities are satisfactory.
